All papers will be peer-reviewed by members of the Program Committee and be evaluated for originality, significance of the contribution, technical correctness. Accepted papers being presented at the conference by at least one of the authors will be published in Scopus Indexed Journal / Google scholar indexed journals with DOI.

Guidelines for Contributors

Please follow these guidelines for paper submission

The Organizing Committee of EIDTTA-2026 invites high-quality original research papers, review articles, and case studies that align with the themes and sub-themes of the conference. In the covering letter accompanying the manuscript, the contributors should certify that the manuscript has neither been published anywhere nor is it at present being considered anywhere for publication.

1. Paper Format

  • Manuscripts must be prepared in single column format.
  • Templates can be downloaded from the official conference website.
  • File format: .DOCX (Word).

2. Paper Length

  • The full paper should not exceed 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
  • Additional pages may be allowed with extra charges (if applicable).

3. Content Requirements

  • The paper must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • Clearly state the objective, methodology, key findings, and contributions.
  • Proper citations and references must be included using IEEE citation style.

4. Number of Authors

  • Not more than 4 authors be included.

5. Review Process

  • All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by subject experts.
  • Acceptance will be based on relevance, originality, technical quality, and clarity.

6. Plagiarism Policy

  • Submissions must comply with academic integrity norms.
  • Papers will be screened using plagiarism detection tools.
  • Papers with plagiarism over 15% will be rejected.

7. Publication

  • Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
  • Selected high-quality papers may be recommended for journal publication in associated or special issues (subject to further review).
